I walked in with no appointment after having a horrible experience at another bridal shop down the road. After walking in Haylie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped me find the perfect dress within 30 minutes. She even apologized for my horrible experience at the other bridal shop and texted me a few days later to see if there was anything else she could help with!! Excellent customer service!!
